Heddon Zara Spook Popeye Special Color C221 Color on Card. Great older Japanese Heddon here. Lure is about 4 1/4" long. This lure is new on card. Card is in ok condition with some minor wear, bubble is falling off and is quite loose. Great combo here, fish or collect.
Color was only ever sold in Japan and is quite rare!
