Bagley Chatter Shad CS3-H69T Hot Tiger Color. About 3 1/8" long body. Used with some minor wear but overall very good condition, see photos. Fish or collect!Great vintage lure from a huge find of old lures dating to the 70's and 80's from the estate of a former professional angler. Tough to find these old Bagley's. I believe this to be Chatter Shad but honestly I don't hear it rattle???
